Founded in 1978, Kennedy Services is one of Maryland’s oldest independent, woman-owned staffing services. Over 40 years later we are committed to our original mission to empower clients, talent and community through our service. It is this drive to improve the lives of those with whom we work that serves as our vision.
Our people are the greatest contributor to our success and we attribute our growth to the quality and dedication of our employees. Simply put, we built our business one outstanding employee at a time and we work tirelessly to do the same for our clients. Over 40 years’ industry experience has enabled us to refine our recruiting and staffing processes to place the best candidates in our clients’ most difficult positions. Over the years we have staffed (temp, temp-to-perm, and direct hire) employees of varied skill sets and professions, regularly demonstrating the flexibility necessary to meet the unique needs of each client. Director of Business Development
Family guy. Outdoor enthusiast. “Laker.” Squash superstar (in his own mind). Passionate about creating and maintaining relationships for the long term. Makes us laugh with his witty sayings commonly known as “Burch-isms.”
Vice President Operations
The Process Guy. Loving husband and father. Jedi Master and Disney Vacation Club member. Music and movie enthusiast who is quick to drop pop culture references. Kennedy’s expert on lean principles and expediter of innovation.

Minnesota raised, now based in the Arizona desert. Arizona State University alum. Golden retriever and girl mom. I love the outdoors, sunshine, and Marvel movies. Avid traveler and pizza critic. I enjoy building relationships and helping others.

Amateur house flipper and DIY enthusiast. Always planning my next vacation destination. Proud Dallas Cowboys fan. I enjoy getting to know people and finding the right career for them.

Project Manager
Born and raised in Baltimore. If I’m not at an Orioles, Ravens, or Wizards game, I’m probably at home cheering for them. I truly believe opportunity is all anyone needs to succeed – just like Kennedy services did for me. As a Project Manager, I enjoy giving the people of Maryland an opportunity to grow as an employee and a person.
Accounting Manager
Proud Sports Mom & Aunt! When I’m not on the field, I’m planning a trip to a new city. I enjoy thriller and true crime books and podcasts. Reality TV aficionado. Brunch Sunday and Taco Tuesday are my favorite days of the week. Kennedy’s specialist for all things payroll and accounting.
