Temporary Staff
Whether you have seasonal highs or occasional peaks and valleys in your workforce demands, Kennedy can assist you in filling those gaps.
Our network and resources enable us to provide temp employees as needed, when needed at a fraction of the cost of paying perm staff to work additional hours and overtime.
When the need for additional staff ends, simply notify Kennedy and we will take care of removing and re-engaging that employee(s).
Payroll Functions
We process payroll, utilizing online timecards and electronic signatures, direct deposit into a bank account or pay card, file and pay all payroll taxes and insurances.
We assume responsibility and handle all administrative and compliance tasks required for temporary staff, leased staff and temp-to-hire staff. This includes liability for unemployment and workers’ comp claims.
Kennedy removes the headache of payroll compliance, deadlines, and accountability freeing you up to do what you do best.
